vibra\u00e7\u00e3o no laminador cont\u00ednuo da Ciafal. O projeto foi executado para atender a uma necessidade cr\u00edtica: reduzir falhas operacionais, aumentar a disponibilidade da planta e integrar os dados do processo com o ERP da companhia.<\/p><p>O escopo contemplou o desenvolvimento do projeto el\u00e9trico, montagem de infraestrutura, instala\u00e7\u00e3o dos sensores e pain\u00e9is, al\u00e9m da programa\u00e7\u00e3o e integra\u00e7\u00e3o completa com o supervis\u00f3rio WinCC, banco de dados SQL e ERP SAP.<\/p><p>Essa solu\u00e7\u00e3o cobre todas as etapas operacionais do laminador \u2014 do desbastador ao leito de resfriamento \u2014 e oferece visibilidade total sobre as vari\u00e1veis cr\u00edticas do processo, como vibra\u00e7\u00e3o, temperatura e padr\u00f5es de falha. Com base em algoritmos preditivos e l\u00f3gicas de controle em PLC Siemens S7-400, o sistema proporciona rastreabilidade, seguran\u00e7a e tomada de decis\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica com base em dados em
